Military Facilities Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Westover AFB Hanscom AFB Newport Naval Base Army Lab, Natick POE, Calais ME	Featured Highlights: Westover AFB- NMCB 27, Springfield MA, February 2010- Present A 7 million dollar project that consists of a 25,000 square foot multi-use space, including classrooms, healthcare and high bay work areas. This military project is comprised of Duct Air Leak Testing (DALT), Testing & Balancing for Air and Hydronics and Commissioning as part of the requirements for LEED Certification. National Passport Center, Portsmouth, NH August 2008- November 2008: United States government renovation project. This 80,000 square foot facility is primarily composed of open office areas, and conference rooms.

Universities and Schools Harvard University University of New Hampshire Bridgewater State College Babson College Pine Manor College Phillips-Exeter Academy St. Paul’s School Manchester School District	Featured Highlights: Harvard University, Cambridge MA January 2006 – present Installed energy management systems and provide ongoing maintenance for 17 separate campus kitchens to ensure optimal energy savings. Phillips – Exeter Academy, June 2010 Rebalanced the existing HVAC systems for the Lewis Perry Music Building, consisting of six Air Handling Units (AHU) and five exhaust fans. Specific emphasis was placed on addressing the owner’s climate control issues.

Hospital Facilities Lahey Clinic Exeter Hospital Stratham Outpatient Center Beth Israel Medical Center Danbury Hospital Saints Medical Center Mass Eye and Ear	Featured Highlights: Stratham Outpatient, Stratham, NH- February 2009-March 2009: A general health care clinic consisting of two operatories, patient rooms, and waiting area. Lahey Clinic Ophthalmology, Burlington, MA- February 2009-May, 2009: A 9,000 square foot renovation with numerous patient rooms, doctor’s offices, and waiting rooms.

Restaurants Buffalo Wild Wings Bar & Gril Green Mountain Inn, Stowe VT Boloco—Inspired Burritos DiLuigi’s, Danvers MA Burger King Roundabout Diner	Featured Highlights: Buffalo Wild Wings Bar & Grill As corporate balancer for this, one of the fastest growing restaurant chains in the country, AS&B travels nationally to balance both corporate and franchise sites as well as assisting corporate with troubleshooting and solving issues in their environments. Roundabout Diner This project involved remodeling an existing kitchen to meets the needs of this new restaurant. Scope included replacing all fans, 2 new hoods, added the Greenhck-Accurex Vari-flow Management system that keeps the kitchen balanced while decreasing energy demands and expenses for the owner.

Commercial Projects IBM Corporate Center, Littleton Electochem, Raynahm Mass Mutual Museum of Science	Featured Highlights: Electrochem, Raynham, MA- September 2008- March-2009: Battery manufacturing facility that includes critical environments such as a dry room, and fume hoods. IBM Corporate Center, Littleton, MA- October 2008- October 2009 A 500,000 Square foot facility fit out for office space, conference areas, and critical environment computer rooms. The project includes chiller and boiler replacement, as well as many fan powered and single duct VAV’s.

Government—Municipal VA Mental Health, White River Jct National Passport Center Northern State Correctional Facility, Newport VT New Land Port of Entry Collins-Gowanda Correctional Facility	Featured Highlights: Providence VA Hospital, Providence RI , September 2009 - Present A large addition to the existing hospital to accommodate new operating rooms. Project includes duct air leakage testing, Sound & Vibration testing and Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB). Northern State Correctional Facility, Newport VT August 2009 – January 2010 This six month long project directly for the state of Vermont consisted of rebalancing the existing HVAC systems in five separate buildings. Areas such as administrative as well as occupied cell blocks were included.
