We have a new home!
Come visit us at 40 King St, Unit 1, Auburn, NH 03032. Our growing staff is excited to be in this new space and we welcome our customers to visit - whether your interest is Commissioning, Retro-Commissioning, TAB, Melink, or Greenheck/Accurex products. Our new location will allow us to expand our state of the art training facility, which will include a fully operational kitchen ventilation system featuring the Melink Intellihood 2 System, as well as operational HVAC systems for training technicians.
On-line reports, instant access as the work happens!
Customers can now have instant access to results of balancing work as it happens when using Air Solutions & Balancing, LLC as their TAB team of choice. USABalancer, as named by TAB technician Bill Panas, is a custom report tool created by our team to allow customers to have instant access to balancing results while the work is happening. “this online report portal is one of the many ways our team works to foster better communication with customers” notes Colleen Grenon Gould, Director of Business Development, “…all team members can have access to balancing results and punch lists, monitor progress and ask questions while work is happening; all resulting in a more streamlined project.” Doug Kumph, Director of Operations, expresses, “having a centralized, web-based tool increases our speed and accuracy as it pertains to the information management part of our work, which is increasing becoming more critical”. NEBB Building Systems Commissioning – Winter '10
Air Solutions & Balancing, LLC is pleased to announce that Olaf Zwickau, company founder and president, has earned his NEBB Building Systems Commissioning Certified Professional status earlier this fall. This impressive achievement comes at a time when energy efficiency and savings through high performance buildings is more important than ever. And with commercial buildings accounting for about 40 percent of total U.S. energy consumption, NEBB Commissioning provides true value through actual third party technical testing and verification, as compared to "Process Commissioning," which only provides the management paper process of Commissioning.
